Poor Quality

Firstly I am really disappointed in the quality of your product. I LOVE branded watches as its according to me a product of quality and something one can give as a heirloom from one generation to the next. I have a number of branded watches of which one of them is a Fossil watch. I do not normally purchase Fossil, I have had my Fossil watch for the past 2 and a half years and have noticed the watch is slowly starting to fall apart, I do understand that the crystals or stones in the watch are going to come lose and may even be misplaced as it is very delicate. I have now noticed that the inner part of the watch that indicates what the time is, not the hands or dials are now falling off/out one by one. I do not use my watch in outdoor activities or any enviroments that could cause damage. I was prepared to leave this as is but I see that they falling out one by one. I was referred to Watch republic to have the watch sent away for repairs of which I had to pay for as the watch is out of warranty. I have now noticed that after the watch has been repaired the same thing has happened and the worse part is that my watch is no longer a FOSSIL it is a F SSIL, please do bear in mind that I have bought this at a reputable department store. Please can you assist as I am highly dissatisfied with the poor of FOSSIL I would of never thought, What is the way forward in this regard!
