Poor Quality

<p>I am very unhappy with my brand new Fossil watch.</p> <p>(WA3H88L193-Ladies Nude)</p> <p> </p> <p>This watch was bought on 4 March @ NWJ Kollonade Shopping Centre and was given to me as an anniversary gift on 17 April 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now only 2 weeks later and my watch strap looks old, dirty, worn out and not like "premium leather" at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the Fossil shop at Mall of Africa to get guidance on whether I am able to clean/repair the strap as it really looks horrible. The store advised me that I am not able to clean a suade leather strap. Upon asking whether I have then paid R2400 for a watch that only looks nice for 2 weeks, the response was "Yes".</p> <p> </p> <p>I completely understand "wear and tear", but 2 weeks in a Fossil watch shouldnt be looking like this. Why then even sell suade in this colour if this will be the result? The colour of this strap is what really makes this watch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some feedback/assistance/solution would be appreciated. </p> <p> </p>
