Poor online service

I am in South Africa & I ordered a watch for my fiancé online who is in the USA & paid for 2/3 day shipping on Friday 24 April 2020. I received the confirmation email on the same day at 10:27am. On the Fossil website it clearly states that orders received between Mon - Fri 12pm will be shipped same day. My order hasn’t been shipped. When my fiancé calls Fossil they say that the order is still being processed and we will get the watch next week. What an inconvenience!! I paid for the 2/3 day shipping cause my fiancé is leaving on the country on Thursday 30 April 2020.
