Pathetic Service

Fossil Gateway store - If there was a zero rating I definitely would have rated such... I guess the main objective is Only to make money with NO customer service. I had paid for a watch and waited over an hour for resizing, even then it wasn't adjusted to size. The guy kept saying to give him 15/20 minutes over 5 times with absolute No regard for my time whatsoever, all the while assisting people that came after me. With 2 people working in that store you'd think they would assist each other dealing with customers. To pay R3 499 for a watch and wait over an hour only to be told to return the next day to collect was very much infuriating 🤬🤬🤬🤬
