No feedback whatsoever

I took my Watch for repairs at Fossil eastgate on the 13th of Decmber 2014. I was advised the repair centre will be closing the following week but my watch will be sent anyway, I have been calling the store from the 19th of January and all im getting is excuses. I s advised last week that I will get my watch back on Friday 20/02/2015 but when I called on 23/02/2015 I still got excuses. I need my watch back. Furthermore they never provide any feedback and every time I call they have a story to tell. BRING BACK MY WATCH.
