misleading online items availability

I ordered a Fossil necklace from Watch Republic on the 01/10/2020-i followed up 2days after as i was tracking the shipment only to be told after i followed up with Micalyla that the item is out of stock. I'm so annoyed as I ordered the necklace for a wedding im attending this weekend and now have to wait 7-10 or even days to get my refund.

i want my money ASAP and i am never ordering from this company as you are misleading customers by selling them items that is out of stock. ORD-25472
