Incorrect prices given and poor service - Fossil Woodlands

On Friday evening at 18h00, I asked the shop assistant for a price on a watch. As there are no prices on the watches. She said R6 600. And she wasn't eager to assist either!!! On Sunday I went to purchase the watch, and the said the price is R6 999. When I questioned why I was given the incorrect information on Friday the reply was - why would we lie about a price? I do not appreciate the sarcastic tone, the till operator gave me her name, so that I could complain further if I'd like. So here I am, and I will resort to social media as well - do not threaten me!!!!! I wish you would do an audit on the store and drop in unexpectedly and see the service that you get!
