How long does a FOSSIL watch take to FOSSILISE?

I purchased both my daughters Fossil watches from American Swiss in 2019. Both watches required new batteries by October 2020 and Took it to American Swiss to send them off to Fossil for the batteries hoping to have them back by December 2020. The one came back in December 2020, and I my daughter is satisfied with it. The second watch came back in January which i felt was strange as both went for the same "repair". When removed it from the bubble wrap in store I noticed that two of the little gem stones was missing on the front bezel. I informed the sales person and the watch was promptly returned to Fossil to have it corrected. It is now the middle of March and countless calls as well as emails from the American Swiss store with no result at all. I suppose the watch will come back when its actually "FOSSILISED". VERY ANGRY FACE and DISSILLUSIONED with Fossil.
