How fossil ****s people

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I have been on the run around with this company for almost 2 years. I have been having an issue with the *****s falling off the watch making it unable to use and now as of recent fossil does not want understand what I am asking for. All I asked for, was a full replacement to the value of my watch or a full refund but all I’m getting is repairs that is useless. It seems that fossil has staff that is confused due to the fact that they seem to hop around and have the need to speak to some one higher. And to make it worse I have to re explain myself to every person, so far I have spoken to so many people in management so how much higher does this escalate to ? . Clearly it’s a frustration to keep on spending time money and effort to sort this problem out. The best part is when they say they will call back in a specified time but they pull the days before getting back.

Truly this is ********* and a poor reflection on both the people and the brand. Don’t sell things at fancy prices if you can’t provide the service. This is ****************
