HORRIBLE SERVICE

I went into a Fossil Store in Eastgate on the 19th July 2019. I wanted to change the strap on my watch and was told it would take 6 weeks and the lady would contact me before then to advise me of the price as she had said the prices vary. I called in today to find out why I had not been contacted regarding the price of the strap I was told by a very rude lady that I would find out the price within the 6-8 weeks turnaround time. I then told her that I just wanted to find out the price and she said “thats what we always say” . Such terrible service.
