Horrible quality watch strap

<p>My husband bought me a fossil watch as a gift to me on our wedding day, 8 months ago. The strap is light grey but the grey colour seems to be rubbing off and a brown colour from the leather is now showing. It looks as if the watch is dirty. I have never once swum or bathed etc with the watch. I am extremely unhappy with the poor quality of the watch strap. It was a very expensive watch and now looks cheap and dirty. I went to the store in Sandton only to be told that the guarentee is not applicable to their watch straps. I cannot understand how Fossil sells products and then accepts no responsibility for them afterwards. Selling watch straps that don't even last a few months, it is unacceptable. I am extemely unhappy with the shocking quality of my watch strap.</p>
