HIDEOUS SERVICE - STAFF IGNORE YOU
<p>There's something about the terrible service at FOSSIL South Africa. Whether I go to a FOSSIL store in East Rand Mall, Mall of Africa or Eastgate. The sales lady/man always act like you don't exist when you walk in and they completely ignore you ! </p> <p>In fact, I have never felt so low in my life, in terms of a retail shopping experience. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you can at least recognise the presence of your customers and let customers try on your watches, maybe then you'd actually get some sales in life !</p> <p>But until then...remain the stuck up company that you are !</p> <p> </p> <p>I advise everyone to rather buy different watches, because the attitude you get from FOSSIL isn't worth it ! </p>
