Guarantee a rip-off !!!

I bought my son a fossil watch from NWJ Richards bay branch and it went in for repairs twice in the Richards bay store free of charge because still under guarantee. When my son moved to Vereeniging beginning of this year, he had to take the watch in to the River Square NWJ branch for repairs. Still under guarantee! After 2 months watch came back still not working!! Was send in again for repairs now guarantee had Expired and we have to pay R500!! When it went in for repairs the first time, (still under guarantee) it was not fixed!! WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY NOW!!! *******!!
