Great watch, Greast aftersales service!

<p>I took my Fossil watch in for repairs 3 months ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got the time piece back 2 weeks ago, It had not unfortunately not been fixed right, the seconds hand was left out and the unit just stopped working by the 5th day.</p> <p>I went back to the Fossil store to send it in for repairs again, and noticing their mistake, they gave me the same watch, brand new.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you. That is customer service at its BEST!</p>
