Fossil Woodlands mall

So, as I went into the store in Woodlands mall (Pretoria, South Africa) the shop assistant was not eager to help at all... I had 2 watches to have repaired (only the straps). They had no intention to help at all. They said they did not have the parts to fix the straps, and they just took it and went on with their own business (standing at the door and staring ...) So when I asked if my strap was done, they have not done a thing. When I said I'll take my watches with the broken straps, they all of a sudden wanted to ring up a new strap... I will NEVER support Fossil woodlands Mall EVER again. the service is non-existing.
