Fossil Water Front cape town never again

Where to start , i bought a fossil watch from fossil water front , capetown . Send the watch back 3 times for difrent reasons first time ,battary problem , 2 nd time water problem 3 rd time water problem again. So i had enough i told them to take the watch back and shuff it wherw the son dont shine. The insisted on giving me replacement watch. So the watch i initially bought was very expensive so the replaced it with 2 watches. Yet again the 1 st watch of the 2 looses time so i gave it back and tgey gave me a refund . So far so good tge owner Avi authorised it. So i desided i dont want the other watch either and because it was out of the 4 weeks refund period i whatsuped Avi the owner of fossil branches cape town. He said no problem the will refund me bare in mind i bought the initial watch and paid cash tge watch i wanted to give back was bran spanking new still had the plastic covers on and all so Avi the owner said yes we will refund it. After driving almost 1h30 minutes because i dobt live in cape town , when i got ro the ahop 20h30 at night the regional manager neil said know they will not refund this watch because they refunded the previous one , bearin mind i actual paid for both when i purchased the initial 1st watch and to make it worse i own other fossil watches. But the attitude also of this Neil caracter on the phone with me was atroshes he spoke to me like i am schum of the earth some one that owns 10 plus fossil watches. Never ever will i do business with fossil cape town again there attitude after sale and also what the owner says does not count his regionals are his bosses.
