Fossil watch shop *****ing from a loyal customer.

I took my lady's DKY hand watch for them to dry it because of moisture that had formed in the watch at the Cresta Fossil Watch Shop branch in Cresta Mall. When I got it back, the time digits have been removed and the watch had been horribly scratched all over the body of the watch including the watch lens cover. When I queried it, I was told that the watch repairer said that " I should take any other watch in the store at half the prize and that Should leave the damaged watch with them as part of the deal. From which world have you experienced where one's property has been damaged by the person who had been paid to repair it and turn around and say the owner of the product can buy another product within the store for half of the price and still give them the damage goods! This is my experience with the Fossil watch shop in Cresta Mall and soon legal suit will follow.
