Fossil Watch is now a Fossil

Fossil Store Gateway, Durban, South Africa had my Fossil watch in for for a Battery Replacement in the latter part of 2019. The Fossil Watch was waterproof up to 100m. A day after collecting my watch it was taking in water and returned the watch. Till early March 2020 the Watch had not been fixed. During Covid-19 Lock-Down still nothing was done. Early September 2020, over 10 months later the Watch was not fixed. I was offered a discount of 50% on a new watch and I must give them my Fossil Watch. I obtained legal advice from my Lawyer Friend who advised me to take the 50% discount BUT I must insist on keeping my "unrepaired" Fossil Watch, I advised Fossil Gateway, Durban, South Africa accordingly and they accepted after a little "talk". Not a good experience as my Watch is a Blue with sentimental value is now a Fossil of another kind.
