Fossil Watch Broken after 1month

Bought a ladies and men's watch set as valentine's day gifts. However the men's watch has a mechanism that broke not even a month after the purchase, all fare it does happen but the simple fact that I paid almost R 3000 for a single watch and need to wait 6-8 weeks for repairs is not cool. I would like someone to contact me and either a refund and I support another brand or I would rather have the watch replaced completely. Surely if a mechanism breaks then the watch is faulty and I have no doubt it will have further problems.
