Fossil Sandton

My husband took his watch to Sandton fossil in Gauteng in February 2022 for a new battery they did tell him that the mechanism also needed replacement. They put it on a machine and broke the band/links, they send it in as he was not happy that they could be so careless it took a few months they agreed to replace the band. Over this past week we went to fetch the watch and it was fixed but fossil could not remove links so watch could fit my husband. I would like to know how can fossil make a watch that they cannot help remove links or do anything without it breaking. I would recommend people to never buy a fossil watch. Fossil is the worst brand
