Fossil runaround for more then 3 months

I handed a watch in in September to fossil outlet in sandton city. 3 months later i went into the store as i heard nothing regarding a replacement of a glass and an belt for the watch. for 30 minutes the staff went from back to front trying to find the watch, eventually they said they cant find it, the lady said she would call me the next day which did not happen,, 2 days later she called to say they waiting for feedback from head office. another 3 days later I call and they say still couldn't give me an answer. another day goes i got told there are no parts for the watch, they will give me 50% off for a new watch. YOU MUST BE KIDDING IF YOU THINK I WILL EVER BUY A FOSSIL WATCH AGAIN. WHAT ******* SERVICE
