Fossil has the worst service ever

Hi My fossil watch which is under warranty stoped showing correct time i decided to take it to edgars polokwane last year october where i was told it will be sent to fossil until today im still waitung for my watch when i ask staff at edgars they tell me is not their fault and they keep giving me fossils number . Like what must happen now? This is the worst service. i want my watch back now .it has been six months already
