Fossil - Great Customer Service

On 4th Oct 2018 I posted a review under "Think before you buy a Fossil".. About two weeks ago I went to Fossil to either get my money back or.. I was prepared for a bit of confrontation..

I was however blown out of the water by the two Sales Ladies, to the point that I walked out with a new watch - without having paid a cent extra.. On top of this i also got myself (bought) a new wallet..

I am disappointed that I had to go to the extreme to get my query resolved but I am also happy that my rights as a customer was respected - kudos to Fossil for this..
