Fossil East rand mall

I gave my Fossil watch in for repairs on the 29th of January 2024 at Fossil East Rand Mall ,just to attach digit NR 7, when I ask them where my watch is, I was told that they had to send it back, because it was not fixed, all I want now is my watch back, will take to another watch repair company
