Fossil Canal Walk, *********** and no customer service

Fossil in Canal walk had my two fossil watches from last year 2019. The first time after three months when I Enquirer they told me it’s ready, no one made contact with me I had to follow up. When I got there to collect it, they had no idea that I left two watches for repairs and the one they wanted to give back to me wasn’t repaired properly. Then they apologized and said they’ll let me know when it’s ready . I got a sms in June 2020 to collect! When I collected it the one watch was exactly the same as when I booked it in last year. I waited nearly one year and my one watch was not fixed.
