Fossil can't fix their mistakes!

I have two fossil and where very happy with them until I took in into Fossil East Rand to get the batteries changed in the middle of 2014. They promised to change the batteries and reseal the watches.<br> <br> Since then I have had an uphill battle, as none of the watches came back sealed. So with the water damage all went wrong. So I had to take it back and back and back again without any luck. <br> <br> Since the second time I took it back they said they cannot fix the watches as they are old and that I can get 50% discount on a new watch. I immediately told them that that is not acceptable as its their fault that the watches are now broken so why do I need to pay +/- R1100 per watch to replace them as they were responsible.<br> <br> Then all of a sudden they could fix it again and send it back to the workshop in Cape Town. Every time it came back we start the whole proses over. They promise its fixed and the it gets water in and breaks again.<br> <br> I took the one in in December and still no word from them. The one that I'm wearing works but is still not waterproof! <br> <br> They are useless! Don not buy an Fossil as Fossil cannot fix or reseal them!!
