Fossil Bad Workmanship

I have send in my watch to get a Stone(Zirconia) replaced for the 3 time. To the Fossil South Africa workshop in Cape Town. After waiting 6 weeks for my watch I was very said and very unhappy with how the stone looked and the quality of it. My watch has been longer in Cape Town then on my arm. What is the point of spending so much money on something you have to send back 4 times?????????
