DON\T BUY FOSSIL"

In 2010 I bought a Fossil watch, every 2 months I had to change the battery. I took it in to Fossil and after 2 months at the shop they said they couldn't repair it and gave me a credit note. <br> My wife used the credit note to buy a Fossil watch. After a few months the strap broke, she took it in to be repaired and after a few months in the shop they said they couldn't repair it and she must choose another watch, which she did. <br> Needles to say the strap on that one also broke and it was sent in to Eastgate branch for repairs in October. they told her 4 weeks, now after almost 12 weeks they say they cannot get a strap that fits that watch. They say she can collect it but it doesn't have a strap so she cant wear it anyway.<br> How can Fossil agents not find a Fossil strap to fit a Fossil watch?
