Colour issues

My wife purchased me Fossil as a wedding gift approx. a year ago, when purchasing it she was told that the colour would not fade or scratch. Approx 5 months later it began to scratch the colour off to reveal silver underneath. If we knew that this would have been the case I would have bought a Silver or Gun Metal colour that does not show as badly as my watch does. I believe a watch is a status symbol and mines says look at the poor quality.<br> <br> I tried phoning but I get no return calls I then was offered another strap still has not arrived 3 months later. <br> <br> This is my 2nd fossil my first 1 is at home and cannot be used as they don't make the glass or links for it, I accepted that and purchased this watch now I have 2 watches that are not worth wearing.<br> <br> Owen
