Broken watch and purse with no guarantee honoured.

<p>After giving Fossil in Woodlands Boulevard my watch , still under warranty, due to the number indicators becoming loose and breaking the hands, I only received my watch months later with many excuses and promises. A day later, and the same number indicators have become lose again and have now once again compromised the hands. The service received was unacceptable from Head office. I had also paid for the watch strap to be replaced, as well as the battery. I have essentially paid for a broken watch. </p> <p> </p> <p>After having little faith in the company, I naively bought a purse from the same branch. Lord behold, a few weeks later I had to return it to be fixed due to the zip breaking off. What a surprise when it has now been a month, with new excuses and still no purse. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
