Beware when buying a Fossil watch

Bought a Fossil watch 2,5 years ago. The stem and crown started pulling out when setting the date and time but it worked fine. After taking it to a Fossil shop for a battery replacement, I cannot set the date and the whole watch only worked if you push the stem in at the certain position. Complained on Hellopeter and I they said they will fix it at their cost. Now I hear that the movement is also faulty and the warranty is only 2 years, so it's gonna cost me money. The watch did work before it went to the Fossil shop for a new battery.
