Battery replacement still not done after 6 weeks
I booked my watch in at Fossil Centurion Mall (Gauteng) for a battery replacement on 25/11/2015. The store assistant said it should take about 20 minutes to do. When I went back a while later to collect the watch, she said that the shop's tool that they use to open the watch is broken and that my watch had to be sent off to Cape Town to have the battery replaced. Turnaround time of about 4 weeks. This is a ridiculous amount of time to have a battery replaced, but it had to be done.

On 18/12/2015 the store confirmed that the watch had to be back on 16/12/2015 already but they didn't receive it. They followed up with Cape Town's repair centre who said that it will only be complete in Jan 2016. Today (11/01/2016) it has been more than 6 weeks and the watch is still in Cape Town according to feedback from the Centurion store.

I'm beginning to wonder if the watch has perhaps been lost or damaged, because a battery replacement cannot take this long to complete. I will never buy a Fossil product again.
