bad service,*****ing from customers

Booked in 3 watched on 2 different occasions,all to b told only two watches were booked.Insulted in that i was told to go think of where i had misplaced my watch when i know for sure i had left them there and i was told the system is down and they will book them in for me.As a regular loyal customer I trusted them.I received no communication at all since then,In January I went only to be given 2 watches and told that's all they had received from me.one watch that was booked in for battery worked only for a week,and when i took it back i was told its battery and i will have to pay again for this repair of which i feel like that is *****ing from customers,what is the repair warrantee ?After several follow ups on my lost watch i was told they had found it and its in for repairs too.The service is terrible and the staff clearly ***** the customers goods by not booking them in on time.I will never shop in this store ever again.I need to receive my watches and stop being a customer there.
