BAD SERVICE-extremely unhappy

I am extremely unhappy.<br> <br> I logged the first complaint on Hello Peter on Wed 3 Jun 11:55 and got a reply Thu 4 Jun 15 11:47:30 that the problem has been resolved. I went to pick up the watch and the problem was still not resolved and it was handed back again on the same day. I logged a second complaint the day of handing the watch back Sun 7 Jun 15 18:48:13 stating that the problem was still not solved after I paid R600 for the repair on the watch and it was send back again. The following day I got a phone call stating that they will send the watch with overnight courier to be repaired and since then i haven't heard anything back.
