Bad Service

I took my watch to Fossil in Sandton for repair on the 9th July , the agreement I have with them is that the watch will be ready after 6 weeks . Todate I'm still waiting everytime I call I'm told I must give it a week . I am tired of the bad service that I keep on getting . I WANT MY WATCH .
