Bad communication and bad service.

I took in a watch to Fossil in Mall Of Africa. I clearly asked that the date to be fixed AND the glass to be replaced. I waited almost 6 weeks for the watch, I had to follow up, no body kept me in the loop, only to find out the glass was not replaced. The people at Mall Of Africa could not help me at all. Not the Fossil I know.
