bad attitude lack of service

i called in a few minutes ago as i was told my watch would be back today and i heard nothing , a lady answered the fone telling me to hold she then confirmed the watch was there and they still needed to go through the things , i told her i want my watch latest monday and shouldn't have to wait for them to go throught things if the watch was there , she then refused to give me her name (i think its OCTAVIA from the begnning of the call she refused to repeat her name when i mentioned i was reporting this incident)or put me to a manager , her attitude of dealing and speaking to me was disgusting to say the least , i sked her to confirm if the watch had arrived as i can't understand if the watch had arrived why was i not notified as i had mentioned i wanted it today and was told it would arrive todaY , to which she rep**** in her quoted words she was telling for the 2nd time it has arrived , she was exteremely rude and i expect this watch to be ready monday morning when i collect . This was extremely unacceptable service from a retailer like you and you should put better mannered people on the fones !
