After sale support
On the 3rd of February 2019 I accidentally dropped my Fossil watch on the bathroom mat. One of the arms that hold the watch strap in place broke off.
I proceeded to Sandton City Fossil (Johannesburg South Africa) on the same day to make enquiries as to how to have the broken arm replaced or mended. I was most disappointed to learn from them that it is not possible to replace the broken arm and that I would need to purchase a brand new watch (with or without the watch strap).
I must say that I find this rather disturbing – all I need is for a new arm to be attached to the watch casing. There is otherwise nothing wrong with my watch and I am still very much enjoying wearing the watch.
Please can you advise me if this is indeed the only solution, that I will need to purchase a brand new watch if so I would rather not buy another fossil watch!
