3 month repair waiting period!!!!!

IO booked my watch in at Fossil Eastgate the 30th of May 2018 for repairs under warranty. It is now almost 3 months later and I still don't have it back yet! I've been contact with the store no less than 7 times but every time they tell me that the watch isn't ready. On your slip it states 3-6 weeks max.... not 12!!! The lady at the store couldn't give a ****. This level of service and turn-around-time is shocking.
