2 months to repair and still not working!
I bought my Fossil watch on the MSC Opera in November 2014. I wore it and used it for about 6 months when I noticed the watch had stopped working. I took it in to the Gateway Fossil branch in November 2015 and they told me it needed a new battery so I spent the R70 and bought a new battery. That very same afternoon I got home and noticed the time had stopped again so I took it back to the store and they said it was 3 days outside it's warranty so I can either pay to have the mechanism fixed or I can trade it in and get 50% off a new watch. Then the manager of the store told me because it is a mechanical fault they can repair it for free. After 2 months of waiting I finally got the call my watch was ready so my husband went to collect it only for him to get home with it and the watch had stopped yet again. Now I can't keep driving up and down, they obviously haven't fixed the fault properly and I don't see why I should have to keep taking it back. Why can't they just fix it properly the 1st time or replace the watch for me at no charge. It was expensive, and I would expect better service from such a well known brand.
