12 week Delayed watch repair

Sent in a watch for repairs on 2021-08-07, for a stem and crown repair. Was advised it will take 3 weeks, expected delivery on 2021-08-28. Watch never arrived. Every time we contact the shop they advise it will take another 2 weeks. Still haven't received the watch till today 2021-11-02, its over 12 weeks. when I contacted them again, they said another 2 weeks!!! this is such poor service!!!! and no one keeps in communication with you advising of the delay / progress.
