10 weeks + to replace battery

Handed my watch in on the 01/05/2015 to have a battery put in. It is now 10 weeks later and apparently it is ready but still lying in Cape Town. Spoke to the lady at East Rand Mall and she did very little to assure me that i will get my watch back and was very abrasive, she said she would get back to me when she knows where it is... im still waiting. Left a message for a manager at the workshop in Cape Town to phone me, still no response. How is it possible that it takes so long to put in a new battery?
