Overcharging, deleting parcel information, *****ing parcels and unco-operative when asked for help in handling certain items

<p>I purchased the service without a monthly charge because I don't order very much.</p> <p>First parcel was a welding device with a gas cylinder attached. They refused to bleed the cylender before sending the item. Instead preferring to explain why human resource policy prevented them from handling such a dangerous package. It was such an easy job to do that even a 3 year old could have done it.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I logged back on to ship a welding device, they charged me GBP 107 pounds to ship an item of 3kg which was excessive to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p>When asked to ship two shirts together as one consignment to save on expenses, I discovered that it was in fact cheaper to ship them seperately.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I logged on to pay for my shipped shirts, the items and all past shipment records had mysteriously disssapeared off my shipping account dashboard.</p> <p> </p> <p>What can be said for such shocking service and outright theft</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
