worst service/ worst agent

I rented a town house with dignitas properties and dealt with an agent called Connie Snyman. When I went to collect the house key she found us parked outside her office as were waiting for her and she didn't greet us and drove past us as the gate closed behind her. I phoned her and asked if she saw us and she said it was not her problem that we didn't follow her inside the yard. We didn't sign any contract as she told me she was busy that day and she would phone me the following week and she never did. I stayed in a house with smelly carpets which had dogs and cats urine on it and **** roaches in all the rooms. I had to complain and threaten to move out as I was 9 months pregnant and about to give birth at anytime. I didnt have access to the gate for almost two weeks and and when I told her she told me to wait for cars coming in and out of the complex in order to use it. I eventually decided to move out after i gave birth as the carpets were replaced but there was still a lot of **** roaches. I never went to stay there ever since and I only stayed for almost 3 weeks at the complex. Connie is now refusing to give me back my deposit as she claims the unit has been damaged.
