Respect

I got there around 12am, looking for a place to sleep as i was stranded. As i was ringing the intercom, one of the ladies on duty had a very bad attitude and turned me away. I drove around thinking they must have made a mistake. I came back after 10 minutes, and still the attitude was still there. I couldn't even get the ladies name because she chased me away. I know the businesses Sales Manager(Themba), as he promised "Warm and Genuine" service from all the branches but yet, they did not deliver. Next time they should treat all customers well.
