Fortis Hotel, 167 Jelicoe street, Witbank. I just received bad service from the restaurant manager Wayne who blames his incompetency on new staff. He is in the wrong industry - he should be a motor mechanic or plumber where he will not blame anyone for his wrong doing and not work in the hospitality industry because he doesn't know what it means to be hospitable.
