Bad service at its best

I will never ever recommend fortis witbank to anyone. yoh I regret why I booked here. the service is very bad. i ordered food at 20:00 and at 22:00 I was still waiting. I am told that they can't find my booking reserving. so the question is how did they give me a room if they don't have my voucher? the reserving manager called Tshepo I dought if he know what he is doing. imagine paying 6500 just for nothing.
