Bad service at fortis hotel in witbank

I was running laskop marathon on Saturday 2019 /04/13 and my municipality booked for me at fortis hotel in witbank on 2019/04/12.i got to the hotel and I found a young lady by the name of Bridgette working at the reception, she was working alone and the queue was long because we were a lot, some people came and they did not even stand in the queue, they went straight Bridgette and they hold her that they work at the SABC, Bridgette then neglected us and went to assist those people because they work at the SABC. When she was done assisting them, she then assisted us and at that time we were all irritable. She first booked me in Room 99 then an hour later she came to me whilst I was eating my dinner then she told me that I need to move to room 74,after eating dinner I went to room 74 and I found people already occupied room 74,i went to the reception area and I found another lady and I did not check her name tag, she called room 74 and the matter was sorted. I was really tired and I wanted to sleep early but due to fortis unprofessional and inconsiderate staff I had to sleep late, Bridgette didn't even acknowledge that she was wrong, am very sad and disappointed with fortis staff, what a horrible experience.
