Forte Options Refund Agreement not met

Due to a mis understanding on the terms the business works. Over a month ago, I was promised a refund by Forte Options on my initial investment,which was promised that it would be paid within a few working days. To date I have not received my funds nor no constructive feedback on when exactly, I will get my funds.

I turn to Hello Peter for a voice platform, as a last resort as I don't know of any other way of reaching out to Forte Options and have them respond.
