Disappeared after receiving the deposit

I cannot comment on the quality of the doors, but I can certainly address the customer service experience with Tertius Joubert and Fort Security Doors. It was a nightmare. In March 2024, after making a 70% deposit (38k), Tertius Joubert disappeared. He stopped responding to multiple messages via email and WhatsApp. It was only after we informed the Builders Center, where he has an exhibition stand, about his shady business practices and involved a lawyer that, after much back and forth, excuses and more empty promises, we finally received our deposit back. Operating in the "security" business but behaving so "shadily" is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Tertius Joubert or Fort Security Doors.
